NeuroFit is a private-pay practice, meaning we don't bill insurance directly. This allows for longer sessions, more flexible scheduling, and treatment plans guided entirely by your clinical needs, not insurance restrictions. For physical therapy services, you will be provided a superbill, which is an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Wellness and fitness programs are not covered by insurance, but we offer flexible packages designed to fit both your goals and your budget.

No. New Jersey is a direct access state, which means you can be evaluated and treated by a physical therapist without a physician referral. If you already have a referring physician, we're happy to coordinate care with them.

We specialize in neurologic and vestibular conditions, including stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, traumatic and acquired brain injury, vestibular disorders, and other neurodegenerative conditions. We also work with adults seeking general fitness, balance training, and fall prevention.

Sessions are tailored to your space and your goals, whether that's practicing stairs in your actual stairwell, working on transfers in your bedroom, or training balance in your kitchen. You'll get one-on-one attention for the full session, with no rush and no distractions.

Virtual visits (telehealth) are available, conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

An initial in-home Physical Therapy or Wellness/Fitness evaluation is $250. Pricing for any follow-up visits or care plans are customized to your needs and will be reviewed with you at the end of your evaluation.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Zelle.

In-home physical therapy sessions are 60 minutes, while virtual visits range from 30 to 60 minutes. Visit frequency is determined at your initial evaluation and typically ranges from 1 to 3 times per week. Wellness & Fitness Programs are fully customizable and can include a combination of in-person visits, virtual check-ins, and remote monitoring based on your goals and needs.
